Roots in Fraserview
Deep Sandhu arrived in Vancouver Fraserview over twenty years ago and never left. He built his home here, raised his children here, and watched this riding grow and change alongside him. He knows the streets, the schools, the local businesses, and the families that make this community what it is.
That deep connection to Fraserview is why Deep is running. He's not a career politician — he's a neighbour who decided it was time to step up and fight for the people he's lived alongside for two decades.
Small Business Owner
Deep has run a small business in the Lower Mainland for over fifteen years. He understands what it takes to meet payroll, navigate regulations, and keep doors open when times are tough. He's seen firsthand how government policy — good and bad — affects the livelihoods of working families and entrepreneurs.
As your MLA, Deep will fight to cut red tape, reduce the tax burden on small businesses, and create the conditions for local entrepreneurs to thrive.
Community Volunteer
Long before he decided to run for office, Deep was already giving back. He has volunteered with local youth sports leagues, supported newcomer settlement programs, and participated in neighbourhood safety initiatives. He believes strong communities are built by the people in them — not by government alone.
Deep's volunteer work has given him a ground-level understanding of the issues that matter most to Fraserview residents: housing costs, public safety, access to healthcare, and support for seniors and families.
